This may have been the first year I had a digital camera. Still trying to track down some pics from the 90s! This was a shot outside one of the Shops in downtown Rockford. We used to stroll the streets and bring Christmas cheer to the people in shops and walking around the town. They have since had budget cuts but we're hopeful they'll have us back again.
